President and Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator
Extensive experience (more than 35 years) in determining the origin, cause, and responsibility of fires and explosions, photography and video documentation, collection and preservation of evidence, and fire code issues and safety, involving commercial and residential structures, industrial facilities, vehicles, vessels, and equipment. Mr. Cook has testified as an expert witness numerous times in depositions and Federal and State District Courts.
He has conducted more than 4,500 fire and explosion investigations throughout the United States, ranging from thousands to millions of dollars in damages. Mr. Cook has conducted and assisted in numerous burn tests that involved residential dwellings, vehicles, and equipment/appliances. He has also instructed and lectured on several occasions to the insurance industry and fire community.
Professional Engineer
Mr. Tamayo has 50 years of experience in the architectural, civil, structural, safety, and forensic engineering design and construction management professions. He has supervised engineering staffs, construction superintendents, survey crews, quality control, document control, materials management, safety and first aid throughout numerous construction projects on the southern and lower eastern coasts, including California. In addition to his education, knowledge, and experience, he is an excellent communicator (bi lingual in Spanish), has sound management and organizational skills, and is adept at identifying and resolving a broad range of problems.
He has been an expert witness in complex construction cases involving petrochemical, industrial, institutional, commercial, and residential claims. He has investigated these facilities for analysis of structural failure, roof damage, water infiltration, and causation of differential foundation movement, including design of remedial foundation and structural repairs. Evaluations include assessment of damage due to hurricanes, wind, tornadoes, seismic activities, hail and rain storms, and human/vehicle impact.
Professional Engineer
Mr. Morales has more than 25 years of experience as a professional registered engineer (civil/structural design and construction). He has been in charge of multiple designs and construction projects, including buildings and infrastructure facilities across the entire U.S. His experience includes teaching engineering related sciences at the college level. During his early years he was certified as a Non-Destructive Inspector (Level II) for building and infrastructure structural elements, including analysis of welds and structural elements.
He has also obtained his certification as a Quality Control Engineer for the US ARMY Corps of Engineers and has inspected several heavy marine construction projects in the Caribbean area. Between his projects we may mention schools, hospitals, commercial and residential buildings. His technical work includes design of deep foundations, analysis/design of structures subjected to cold weather and high wind coastal areas. Mr. Morales is registered as professional engineer in the states of Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Nevada, North Dakota, Texas, and Puerto Rico.

Extensive experience (more than 25 years) in civil/structural engineering disciplines to determine the cause and/or failure mode of residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
Mr. Leach has performed numerous forensic inspections and evaluations on residential and commercial properties, to assess damages relative to foundation failures, industrial explosions, and natural catastrophes, such as hurricanes, tornadoes, hail storms, and floods.
Building Consultant
Using more than 20 years of large loss claims adjusting/estimating experience to provide building consulting/estimating on commercial and residential structures damaged by fire, wind, water, etc.
Professional Engineer
Extensive experience (30+ years) in mechanical/civil/structural engineering disciplines specializing in forensic investigations for structural, commercial, industrial, government, and residential structures, restoration, and flood mitigation.
Mr. Muniz has performed numerous inspections, evaluations and provided recommendations and repair plans for residential, commercial, industrial, and government facilities following natural catastrophes such as hurricanes, tornadoes, hail storms, and severe floods.

Using more than 34 years of fire fighting and investigation in determining the origin, cause and responsibility of fires and explosions. Experienced in photography and video documentation, evidence collection, and fire code and safety issues, involving both residential and commercial structures.
Professional Engineer
Extensive experience (more than 25 years) in electrical engineering consisting of design engineering experience spanning a variety of areas from utility distribution to PLC/HMI touchscreen programming. Significant experience in oilfield power control house engineering from MCC, SCR drive, and Generator control systems to specifying plug panel connectors and layout. Investigative engineering to determine the cause and/or failure mode of mechanical/electrical systems, equipment/appliances, and vehicle analysis.
Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator
Utilizing over 25 years of combined firefighting, inspection, and investigation experience to determine the origin, cause, and responsibility of fires and explosions. Experienced in Life Safety inspections, evidence collection, scene documentation and recreation. Experienced in commercial, residential, and motor vehicle fires.
